Continuous Improvement Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Continuous Improvement Lead to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
About the Role:This is a critical position that will drive operational excellence and ensure our site operations are continuously improving in efficiency, quality, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:- Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance overall manufacturing efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
- Support site improvement tracking and projects (Valeo Improvement Programme VIP).
- Support high-impact improvement projects.
- Data analysis of current manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Deployment of effective and sustainable solutions.
- Proven experience in continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Good mechanical systems interpretation and understanding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Can demonstrate facilitation and coaching skills.
- Management experience.
- FMCG background within Food Manufacturing.
- Excel capability.
