About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic B6 Physiotherapist to join our team in the Falls Prevention Service. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, and Rehabilitation Assistants to provide comprehensive assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation to clients at risk of falls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive multi-factorial falls assessments and develop evidence-based rehabilitation programs for clients.
  • Hold a clinical caseload of patients at risk of falls and deliver client-centred physiotherapy interventions.
  • Supervise junior staff, Rehabilitation Assistants, and Physiotherapy students as opportunities arise.
  • Work in a variety of settings, including clinics, client's own homes, community centres, and continuing care homes.
  • Contribute to the development of the service through active participation in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and audit/research initiatives.
