About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team in Hammersmith and Fulham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient-centred care to individuals with musculoskeletal conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans to address the needs of patients with MSK conditions
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and optimal patient outcomes
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical pathways and guidelines
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and service delivery
Requirements
  • Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field
  • Experience working in advanced practice
  • Current registration with the relevant professional body
