Key ResponsibilitiesThe role involves a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring the smooth operation of the Executive Office:
- Diary Management: Utilize independent judgment to effectively organize and maintain the schedules of Executive Directors, coordinating appointments and meetings efficiently.
- Liaison Duties: Serve as the first point of contact for clinicians, staff, and external stakeholders, including representatives from various health organizations and the public.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and facilitate both internal and external meetings, preparing initial agendas and ensuring timely distribution of relevant documents.
- Correspondence Handling: Manage incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring all routine correspondence is appropriately distributed.

- Proven ability to manage and prioritize schedules for senior personnel.
- Experience in project support or leadership.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in minute-taking and business writing.
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional organizational abilities with a focus on meeting deadlines.
- Understanding of NHS operations and procurement processes.
- Confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Self-motivated and confident, with the ability to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to influence and persuade.
