We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Healthcare Development Lead to lead high-performing teams in the design, development, implementation, and successful embedding of healthcare improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the identification of opportunities to improve the customer experience and deliver high-quality clinical outcomes.
- Develop and coach members of the healthcare management team to realise their full potential and achieve consistently high standards.
- Lead the strategy, design, and delivery for significant areas of healthcare improvement.
- Play a leadership role in cross-functional project teams and work as a business partner with others.
- Effectively manage multiple projects or programmes of work, including monitoring key performance indicators and delivery milestones, and engaging with stakeholders.
- Experience or detailed understanding of the healthcare industry.
- Proven track record in leading complex business change initiatives involving cross-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge or experience of using change management-specific methodology and skills, including gap analysis, process mapping, and workshop delivery.
