About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top talent in the property sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Headhunting figures using targeted search approach
  • Screening candidates over the phone
  • Building relationships with candidates and clients
  • Guiding and supporting them throughout the interview process
  • Actively networking with candidates and industry connections, market mapping, and using various databases
  • Regular client visits
  • Working towards daily KPIs, incentive related and promotional targets
  • Developing your own personal brand and becoming an expert in your market niche
