Senior Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team at Fieldview Care Recruitment Solutions. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to young people with emotional and behavioral disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized care and support to young people with complex needs.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure the well-being and development of residents.
  • Lead and manage shifts, including managing challenging behaviors and staffing issues.
  • Supervise and support staff to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent care.
  • Carry out inductions for new staff members.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with children or young people (minimum of 2 years).
  • At least 1 year of experience leading and supervising staff.
  • NVQ level 3 in children's and young people's workforce or equivalent.
  • Enhanced DBS check.
  • Driver (preferred).
