Flood Risk Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Flood Risk Consultant to join our growing Infrastructure team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for producing and advising on flood risk and drainage strategies for various sectors, including residential, energy, retail, industrial, and commercial developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with clients to deliver solutions and attend design meetings
  • Manage projects and clients while maintaining detailed design
  • Deal with local authorities and conduct site visits

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Geography, Environmental Science, or similar
  • 1-3 years post-graduate experience in a consultancy background
  • Experience in flood risk/sustainable drainage strategy for private sector developments, energy, and regeneration projects
  • Knowledge of SuDS standards and relevant software such as GIS and AutoCAD
  • Understanding of the UK planning process for new developments, energy, and regeneration projects
