About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Health Visitor SCPHN Student. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in public health nursing and contribute to the delivery of high-quality healthcare services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement public health nursing strategies to promote health and well-being in our community
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive healthcare services
  • Conduct health assessments and develop care plans to address the needs of our patients
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences
  • Engage with patients and families to promote health education and empowerment
Requirements
  • Current NMC registration for nursing or midwifery
  • DipHE (or above) qualification equivalent to 120 credits at level 5 (of the Higher Education Credit Framework for England)
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
