Health Visitor SCPHN Student

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Health Visitor SCPHN Student. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in public health nursing and contribute to the delivery of high-quality healthcare services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement public health nursing strategies to promote health and well-being in our community
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive healthcare services
- Conduct health assessments and develop care plans to address the needs of our patients
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences
- Engage with patients and families to promote health education and empowerment
- Current NMC registration for nursing or midwifery
- DipHE (or above) qualification equivalent to 120 credits at level 5 (of the Higher Education Credit Framework for England)
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- A comprehensive training program to develop your skills and knowledge in public health nursing
- A supportive and collaborative work environment
