Job Description: Health Visitor - Westminster Family Hubs
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Health Visitor to join our team at our Family Hubs in Westminster. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting families throughout their child's development, from pregnancy through early childhood.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive health assessments and guidance to families on a range of topics, including infant feeding, child development, and family planning.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to address the unique needs of each family.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, social workers, and community partners to ensure holistic support for families.
- Educate families on health promotion strategies and preventive measures.
- Advocate for the well-being of children and families within the community.
- Registered Health Visitor with current NMC registration.
- Proven experience in providing health visiting services to families.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of child development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
