Role Details

As a Senior Pharmacist, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, engaging with:

  • Medical and surgical teams
  • Specialist nurses
  • Allied health professionals
  • Nutrition and pain management teams
  • Hospice services

Your daily responsibilities will encompass:

  • Clinical assessment of inpatients
  • Providing expert clinical guidance to colleagues
  • Facilitating patient discharge
  • Assisting in the dispensary as needed

In this role, you will join a close-knit and welcoming team, contributing to the delivery of a high-quality clinical pharmacy service across a variety of wards. This position offers exposure to multiple specialties, allowing you to enhance your core competencies and receive support for your professional growth.
