Role Specifics
As a Senior Pharmacist, you will be a crucial part of our pharmacy team, working collaboratively to promote patient health during critical times.
Your role will involve engaging in various rotations, including:
- Acute medicine
- Gastroenterology / respiratory
- Cardiology / care of the elderly
- Stroke
- Surgery and orthopaedics
You will collaborate with a diverse multidisciplinary team, including:
- Medical and surgical professionals
- Specialist nursing staff
- Allied health professionals
- Nutrition specialists
- Pain management teams
- Hospice care providers
Your daily responsibilities will encompass:
- Clinical assessment of inpatients
- Providing clinical guidance to fellow professionals
- Facilitating patient discharge
- Supporting dispensary operations (a minor part of your duties)
