- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a deskside or field service role.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English.
- Experience in a multinational corporate environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft technology ecosystems.
- Eligibility to work in the designated country.
- Willingness to work onsite and participate in shift and on-call duties.
Core Duties:
- Investigate, resolve, and respond to intricate inquiries from users.
- Stay informed about product offerings and support policies.
- Offer technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Install hardware and software while coordinating with users to ensure satisfaction.
- Engage in team projects and utilize IT ticketing systems effectively.
Technical Skills and Personal Attributes:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in troubleshooting PC hardware and installing software.
- Knowledge of mobile device support and asset management.
- Basic understanding of networking and telephony support.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage challenging situations.
- Customer-oriented with a commitment to integrity.
Educational Background:
- A technical degree accompanied by at least 5 years of experience in deskside or field service support.
- Technical certifications are considered advantageous.
