Job Title: Media Planning Executive

Job Summary:

The Media Planning Executive is a key role within the Havas Media Group Spain SAU team, focused on supporting the Client Planning Director and Media Manager to ensure clients have optimal media support in place. Working alongside the Media Manager, the role focuses on media planning and activation, specifically the point where the strategy is translated into a Media Experience (Mx) for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Client Planning Director and Media Manager in developing and implementing media plans that meet client objectives.
  • Work closely with the Media Manager to translate client strategies into effective media plans.
  • Collaborate with the Client Planning Team to deliver best-in-class media planning and activation strategies across various clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the team is always ahead of the curve.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated understanding of media planning and activation principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
