Job Description

Role Overview

The Digital Business Director will lead the development and execution of cross-channel media plans for H&M's Paid Social, Paid Search, and Programmatic activity across 60+ markets. This role will be part of the London-based EMEA hub and will oversee two regions with a direct line of reporting into the Global Planning Lead for H&M.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute cross-channel media plans that meet client objectives and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of plans and flawless client servicing.
  • Lead on H&M's full-funnel 'Big 4' and high-impact 'New Development' campaigns, delivering best-in-class RTBs, Media Plans, and PCAs.
  • Ensure performance reporting and forecasting meet client expectations and contribute to revenue growth objectives.
  • Oversee the design and rollout of bespoke T&L roadmaps for assigned regions and/or BUs.
  • Apply H&M's Central Digital Strategy Framework to all strategic recommendations.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with key day-to-day clients and deliver immaculate client service.
