Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing market-leading advertising campaigns across TV, Video, and Cinema for all clients.
  • Negotiate with media owners to secure access to the best environments for target audiences and ensure optimal results for clients at the best prices.
  • Manage campaign administration from approval to reconciliation, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Develop post-campaign analysis reports to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure achievement of KPIs and audit specifications.
  • Meet deadlines set by the client team, AV team, planning team, and clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and share market intelligence with the AV team.
  • Embrace industry advancements, team, and system changes.
  • Utilize appropriate systems and technology efficiently.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including formula construction.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding work with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both face-to-face and on the phone.
