Frazer Jones Partners with Leading Financial Institution to Grow Talent Team

Frazer Jones is proud to be partnering with a leading Financial Institution on the growth of their Talent team in London. As a key player in the recruitment process, we are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) partnership to ensure the organization attracts, selects, and hires top talent efficiently and effectively.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the internal HR team and the RPO provider, ensuring that recruitment strategies align with business goals and talent needs.
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to meet short-term and long-term hiring goals, ensuring alignment with diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
  • Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop staffing plans.
  • Monitor and manage the RPO performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including experience managing RPO providers.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, employer branding, and talent market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment marketing platforms, and data analytics tools.
