Role Overview:

  • Your role is pivotal in shaping our customers' experiences by delivering personalized and professional lettings advice, ensuring they receive exceptional service at all times.
  • Oversee your own business unit focusing on profitability and growth.
  • Inspire and lead your team through daily meetings and coaching sessions.
  • Achieve a targeted number of property listings, guiding landlords to achieve optimal rental prices with outstanding service and support.
  • Stay informed about market trends and develop a strong local market expertise, establishing yourself as a trusted authority.
  • Collaborate closely with your team to strategize on new property listings and effectively match them with potential tenants.
  • This position initially serves as maternity cover, with potential opportunities for further involvement in the lettings division's growth for the right candidate.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven ability to cultivate strong relationships, with a track record of converting valuations into successful listings and rentals.

Compensation Package:

  • Base Salary: £28,000 - £29,000
  • On Target Earnings: £40,000 - £45,000
  • Work Schedule: 5 days a week, including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off)
  • Additional Benefits: Company Car or Car Allowance (up to £3,000), Holiday Commission, 33 days of paid leave, plus an extra day off for your birthday, Pension, Life Insurance, Phone Allowance, Company Rewards and Incentives, Structured Career Path, Employee Assistance Scheme, and coverage for charitable event entry fees.
