Exciting Opportunity in Business Operations

Join our team at Adore Recruitment Ltd as we seek a dedicated Operations Administration Manager. This role is ideal for individuals with prior office experience who are adept at handling administrative responsibilities.

Order Management:

Efficiently manage order processing and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner, collaborating with Account Managers and warehouse personnel to ensure smooth operations.


  • Act as the primary contact for all general inquiries, providing prompt and accurate responses.

Effective Communication:

Keep clients informed about their orders, including collection and delivery information. Monitor and track all shipments daily, promptly reporting any issues or delays to Account Managers and clients.



Administrative Duties:
  • Regularly update and verify commodity and measurement codes to maintain data integrity.
  • Oversee inventory management for internal supplies such as PPE, pallets, utilities, and stationery.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated experience in addressing customer inquiries via email and phone.
  • Experience in order processing is preferred.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new CRM systems.
