Job Summary:
Butler Ross is seeking a highly motivated and organized Procurement Administrator to join our Purchasing team. As a Procurement Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and track orders, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to agreed-upon timelines.
- Perform inventory management tasks, including housekeeping and data analysis.
- Utilize Microsoft and ERP/MRP systems to analyze and report data, providing valuable insights to the Purchasing team.
- Provide additional support to the Purchasing Department as needed, including planning purchase orders, monitoring stock levels, and setting up new products in the system.
- Ensure database accuracy regarding lead and review times with suppliers.
- Contribute to forecast planning and manage supplier queries and complaints.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or purchasing role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Experience with logistics and freight management is a plus.
