We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at Pearson Whiffin Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for supporting the buying team with stock management and the movement of stock between multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer enquiries and update records with relevant and accurate information.
- Place orders with suppliers and confirm delivery dates.
- Process invoices and deal with customs clearance.
- Support with administrative tasks and forecast planning.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within FMCG (administrative/supply chain/purchasing/stock control).
- Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A quick learner and willing to learn new systems.
- Able to make independent decisions and resolve customer problems effectively.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
