We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at Pearson Whiffin Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for supporting the buying team with stock management and the movement of stock between multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer enquiries and update records with relevant and accurate information.
  • Place orders with suppliers and confirm delivery dates.
  • Process invoices and deal with customs clearance.
  • Support with administrative tasks and forecast planning.
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements:
