Position Overview:

The Eyewear Account Manager role is a pivotal position within Zest Business Group, focusing on the Southern England region. This position is crucial for fostering and developing robust business relationships with clients in the independent optical sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Achievement: Attain specified sales objectives for your assigned brands and geographical area by effectively identifying and addressing customer requirements.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong connections with clients through regular engagement and tailored service.
  • Territory Oversight: Ensure comprehensive coverage of your designated area with consistent service and frequent client interactions, adhering to company standards.
  • Training and Development: Deliver thorough training on brand, product, and visual merchandising to clients' sales and dispensing personnel to enhance product advocacy.
  • Product Presentations: Conduct compelling presentations of new and seasonal collections to clients biannually, facilitating order placements aligned with the company's strategic plan.
  • Lead Follow-Up: Pursue new leads and referrals generated from field activities.
  • Event Participation: Engage in local and international events, trade marketing, and visual merchandising efforts.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in B2B optical sales.
  • Capability to operate autonomously and meet stringent deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Proficient in data analysis and interpretation.
