Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Eyewear Sales Manager to oversee our operations in Southern England. This pivotal role involves fostering and maintaining robust business relationships within the independent optical sector.

As an Eyewear Sales Manager, you will be responsible for meeting sales objectives for your assigned brands and geographical area.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales Achievement:

Drive individual sales metrics, including volume, value, return rates, and brand market penetration by effectively addressing customer requirements.


Business Development:
Build and sustain customer relationships through regular engagement and tailored service.

Territory Oversight:
Ensure comprehensive coverage of your assigned territory, providing consistent service and frequent customer interactions in alignment with company standards.

Training and Support:
Deliver in-depth training on brand knowledge, product features, and visual merchandising to enhance customer sales and dispensing capabilities.

Product Presentations:

Conduct compelling presentations of new and seasonal product lines to clients, facilitating order placements as per the company's strategic plan.


Lead Management:
Proactively follow up on new leads and referrals generated from field activities.

Event Participation:
Engage in local and international events, trade marketing, and visual merchandising initiatives to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in B2B optical sales.
Ability to operate independently and adhere to tight deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels.
Strong analytical skills for data interpretation.
