Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled National Account Executive to join our team at The Advocate Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a Top 4 Grocery Account and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full P&L responsibility for a Top 4 Grocery Account
  • Full end-to-end Account Management
  • Constant customer interaction and relationship building
  • Creating and implementing business plans
  • Leading contact with Demand Planning (leading internal demand reviews)
  • Identifying opportunities for incremental activation and promotions
  • Managing the promotional proposal and authorisation process

Requirements:

  • Experience in a customer-facing role
  • FMCG industry experience
  • Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team towards business set targets
  • Strong problem-solving ability and solution-oriented attitude
  • Logical mind and strong eye for detail
  • Effective communication skills
