Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop Comprehensive Care Plans
  • Ensure each young person has a tailored plan that addresses their care, education, social, emotional, cultural, therapeutic, and health needs.
Foster Consultation
  • Develop systems to consult young people about the care they receive.
Handle Complaints and Concerns
  • Take responsibility for addressing any complaints or child protection concerns.
Participate in Meetings
  • Attend and contribute to child care planning and review meetings as appropriate.

Requirements

  • Relevant Experience
    • At least 2 years in a position related to residential care of children, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role within the last 5 years.
  • Driving License
