Key Responsibilities
- Develop Comprehensive Care Plans
- Ensure each young person has a tailored plan that addresses their care, education, social, emotional, cultural, therapeutic, and health needs.
- Develop systems to consult young people about the care they receive.
- Take responsibility for addressing any complaints or child protection concerns.
- Attend and contribute to child care planning and review meetings as appropriate.
Requirements
- Relevant Experience
- At least 2 years in a position related to residential care of children, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role within the last 5 years.
- Driving License
