About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Education Youth Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality support to young people involved with the NHS Cadet Programme.

Your primary responsibility will be to deliver engaging and interactive sessions to young people, focusing on their development and growth. You will work closely with a Project Lead and other Youth Support Workers to plan and deliver content that meets the individual needs of the young people on your programme.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the recruitment of young people onto the programme
  • Delivering sessions to young people, either face-to-face, virtually, or in a hybrid format
  • Acting as a support and point of contact for young people enrolled on the programme

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with young people, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and is able to adapt to changing circumstances.
