Job Title: Assistant Director, Adult Social Care and Services

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as Assistant Director, Adult Social Care and Services. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our outpatient reception services, ensuring that our patients receive high-quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and develop the outpatient reception team, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver excellent patient care.
  2. Work closely with clinical teams to ensure that our services are aligned with the needs of our patients and the wider community.
  3. Develop and implement processes and policies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our outpatient services.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our services are integrated and seamless.
  5. Provide leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring that they are equipped to meet the challenges of the role.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of leadership and management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and partnership working.
  • Knowledge of adult social care and services, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing the sector.
