Senior Marketing Manager - Bicycle Accessories

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our team at Tarsh & Partners Marketing Recruitment. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing global marketing strategies to drive business growth and consumer awareness in the UK and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement global marketing plans to achieve business objectives and strategic priorities.
  • Manage and develop core portfolio marketing campaigns and new product launches across various media channels.
  • Lead a team of brand managers to ensure all campaigns and activities are on-brief and delivered to the right audiences.
  • Manage high-profile athletes and team sponsorships to maximize key deliverables and ROI.
  • Work cross-functionally to run both on and off-line marketing activities, executing engaging campaigns to support new product launches, product campaigns, and athlete/team sponsorships.
  • Define KPIs and corresponding metrics, reporting on performance to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience working in a dynamic consumer goods environment.
  • Proven experience of developing and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Ideal candidate will have a passion for cycling and/or experience in the cycling or motor sports industry.
  • Positive energy and ability to bring people with you, managing a small, but highly engaged team.
  • Strong influencing skills with the ability to create clear and compelling proposals and analysis.
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and push for what you believe in.
  • On occasion, willingness to travel to and work at key cycling and biking events.
  • Proven ability to work independently at pace in a high-pressure, fast-growth environment.
