This position requires a commitment of 24 hours per week on a rotating schedule.

As a part of the Outdoor and Cycle Concepts family, Cotswold Outdoor collaborates with Runners Need and Snow + Rock to cater to outdoor enthusiasts by delivering exceptional customer service and a diverse selection of products from leading global brands, all while championing sustainability.

How will you contribute to our success?

In your role within our retail team, you will work alongside passionate individuals and engage with our expanding customer community. Your daily responsibilities will include:

Crafting a premium and welcoming shopping atmosphere by connecting with customers to comprehend their unique needs and preferences. Embodying the company's values, taking pride in your store, and collaborating to create an extraordinary customer experience. Engaging in training sessions offered by our internal development team and external brands to enhance your product knowledge and refine your existing skills. Upholding a superior shopping and working environment by following store and stockroom standards. Recognizing opportunities for additional sales.

A genuine enthusiasm for delivering outstanding customer service. Excellent communication abilities. Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks. A desire to learn about all aspects of outdoor activities.
