About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Beauty Expert to join our team at ESTÉE LAUDER Companies. As a Beauty Expert, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing expert advice on our wide range of beauty products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consistently achieve set sales goals and expectations, driving sales and revenue growth.
  • Foster an omni-channel approach to meet consumer needs and maximize selling opportunities.
  • Take personal responsibility and ownership of performance and self-development, staying up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and products.
  • Adhere to sales processes and procedures, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with consumers, providing personalized advice and recommendations.
  • Play a key role in executing in-store strategies, driving sales and revenue growth.
  • Utilize strong market and industry awareness to shape local strategy and influence wider business and organization.
  • Develop and maintain strong understanding of social media activity, trends, and identify sales opportunities.
  • Consistently deliver high-touch consumer experiences, be it in-person or virtual.
  • Tailor each experience to meet consumer-specific needs, leveraging the wider ESTÉE LAUDER Companies brand, category, and services portfolio.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to drive omni-channel events and experiences with on-brand use of social media.
  • Act with pace and accuracy when handling consumer enquiries.

Requirements

  • Beauty and Multi Brand obsessed, socially savvy, and consumer-centric.
  • Engaged by variety, self-motivated, and loves building rapport with consumers.
  • Takes ownership and drives the business, a team player, confident communicator, and competitive spirit.
  • High energy and a passion for skincare and haircare.
