Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

  • ICSA qualified
  • 5+ years of experience in company secretarial roles
  • Experience with partnerships and various entities
  • Demonstrated success as a Company Secretary in a multifaceted environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
