Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office and Warehouse Assistant to join our team at Brook Street. As an Office and Warehouse Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our business, ensuring the smooth flow of goods and information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with general operations and perform supporting roles within the business, including generating quotations and orders, picking and packing orders, and organizing facilities.
  • Process inbound and outbound stock, both domestically and internationally.
  • Break down stock and load/unload vehicles as needed.
  • Perform pressure testing on hire tooling and generate customer documents using the Sage 200 system.
  • Process quotations, invoices, sales orders, and purchase orders.
  • Cover any supporting roles that are needed in the running of the business.

Personal Qualities:

  • Confident telephone manner and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and be flexible and dynamic with day-to-day tasks.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently.
  • Adapt and meet changing demands, with a strong understanding of Office 365 and computer literacy.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy objects.
