Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and support a diverse group of young people, utilizing individual sessions, group activities, family visits, and other tailored interventions.
  • Implement a comprehensive, person-centered strategy that addresses the academic, behavioral, and therapeutic needs of each young person from entry to exit.
  • Collaborate with internal and external professionals to create individualized education and learning plans that promote development, achievement, and progression.
  • Ensure that safeguarding and inclusion principles are integrated into all practices.
