As a Youth Support Advocate, you will play a crucial role in empowering marginalized young individuals and their families. Your primary focus will be on fostering trusting relationships through various interventions.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and support a diverse group of young people, utilizing individual sessions, group activities, family visits, and other tailored interventions.
- Implement a comprehensive, person-centered strategy that addresses the academic, behavioral, and therapeutic needs of each young person from entry to exit.
- Collaborate with internal and external professionals to create individualized education and learning plans that promote development, achievement, and progression.
- Ensure that safeguarding and inclusion principles are integrated into all practices.
