About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nursing Associate to join our Gynaecology Outpatient team at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King's Lynn NHSFT. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide confidential advice and support to patients in potentially difficult and sensitive circumstances.
  • Act as a patient advocate, empowering women to make informed choices and select treatment options.
  • Participate in the development of effective care pathways and standardise care delivery.
  • Support learners within the environment to develop their knowledge and skills.
  • Work within the scope of your Job Description and uphold the Trust's values and behaviours.
Requirements
  • Registered Nursing Associate on the NMC register.
  • Nursing Associate Foundation degree qualification.
  • Ability to take part in reflective practice and clinical supervision activities.
  • Ability to organise and prioritise own delegated workload.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients, relatives, and carers, and all members of the multidisciplinary team.
