Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King's Lynn NHS Foundation Trust. As a bank nurse, you will have the flexibility to choose your own shifts and work in a variety of settings within our hospital.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse who is looking for a flexible and dynamic work environment. You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients, utilizing evidence-based practice and maintaining accurate records.
  • Conduct assessments, plan, deliver, and evaluate nursing care, ensuring the best possible outcomes for patients.
  • Assist with daily personal care of patients, including updating patient administration systems for real-time data collection.
  • Utilize information technology for patient care, in accordance with Trust Policy.
  • Provide assistance on Medical and Surgical wards during high-acuity periods, as needed.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with NMC registration
  • Degree/Diploma in Nursing or equivalent
Skills and Abilities
  • Teamwork and ability to work under pressure
  • Holistic nursing care and good interpersonal skills
  • Basic IT skills and accurate documentation
