Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional patient care, applying evidence-based practice and maintaining accurate records.
- Assess, plan, and evaluate patient care, escalating any clinical concerns to senior nurses as required.
- Provide daily personal care to patients, ensuring their individual needs are met.
- Update patient administration systems and maintain confidentiality.
- Utilize information technology to enhance patient care, in accordance with Trust Policy.
- Assist on Medical and Surgical wards during periods of increased acuity, as needed.

Requirements- Registered Nurse with the NMC
