About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Architect to lead our technical architecture team. As a key member of our RSC team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing the technical strategy for our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the technical architecture team and provide technical direction and guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Develop and maintain the technical architecture roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement complex technology solutions, including cloud-based systems, microservices, and distributed architectures.
  • Ensure the technical architecture is scalable, secure, and meets industry standards.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to the development team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Monitor and report on application spend, ensuring budget optimization and cost-effectiveness.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience as a Technical Architect or Engineering lead in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Experience managing, mentoring, and leading a team in a cloud-based technology space.
  • Strong technical skills, including DevOps tools, principles, and technologies, especially within AWS and Serverless.
  • Experience in designing and implementing complex technology solutions, such as cloud-based systems, microservices, or distributed architectures.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
