**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring seamless logistics operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, including galleries and auction houses, to manage their specific requests and expectations during shipments.
- Manage client requests and provide timely updates on shipment status.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure efficient logistics operations.
- Provide quotations and pricing information to clients.
- Track shipments and proactively update clients on their status.
**Requirements**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in shipping, with a focus on fine art logistics.
- Previous experience working in a fine art handler or similar industry, such as galleries or museums.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Strong PC skills and proficiency in relevant software applications.
**Working Hours**
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, with the option to work from home after a probationary period.
