About the Role

Kinvr Digital is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to oversee the entire Amazon experience for our company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing merchandising strategies, optimising the website, enhancing user experience, and collaborating closely with our Global Amazon Manager to develop and execute a robust direct-to-consumer strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Innovative Strategies: Continuously develop and implement innovative strategies to elevate our company's profile and expand our business on Amazon UK/EU.
  • Craft and Execute Effective Search Optimisation Strategies: Craft and execute effective paid and organic search optimisation strategies to improve our online presence.
  • Launch Creative Marketing Campaigns: Launch creative marketing campaigns to engage our target audience and drive sales.
  • Develop Comprehensive Merchandising Plans: Develop comprehensive merchandising plans for product launches and promotions to maximise sales and revenue.
  • Analyse Sales Data: Analyse weekly sales data to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with Fulfilment Operations: Collaborate with Fulfilment Operations on key projects to ensure full compliance and efficient logistics.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key account partners and buyers to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Ensure Consistent Presentation: Ensure consistent and appealing presentation on Amazon sites to enhance our brand image and drive sales.
  • Serve as Main Point of Contact: Serve as the main point of contact for all Amazon-related matters to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Negotiate Quotes and Business Terms: Negotiate quotes and business terms with Amazon to ensure favourable terms and conditions.
Requirements
  • Strong Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to recognise both success and areas for improvement, taking appropriate corrective actions.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Proficient in data-driven decision-making, with a deep understanding of UK/EU customer behaviour.
  • E-commerce Expertise: Passionate about e-commerce with a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Excellent Interpersonal Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central Experience: Experience with Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central to manage our Amazon presence effectively.
  • Amazon Advertising and Sales Forecasting Experience: Familiarity with Amazon advertising and sales forecasting to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2:1.
  • Fluency in an Additional European Language: Fluency in an additional European language is preferred, particularly German.
