Position: Customer Service Advisor

Your Role:

As a *Customer Service Advisor*, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering a professional and friendly service.

Key Responsibilities:
As a *Customer Service Advisor*, your duties will include:
  • Providing an exceptional level of customer service consistently.
  • Building rapport with customers by engaging with them and anticipating their needs.
  • Meeting KPIs and sales targets set by management.
  • Overseeing the efficient operation of the front-of-house area, managing customer entry.
  • Assisting customers with their choices and driving retention through positive interactions.
  • Contributing innovative ideas to enhance programming based on customer feedback.
  • Handling complaints sensitively and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Processing food and drink orders and assisting with service as needed.
  • Presenting and selling food and drink items in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Maintaining food and drink displays, ensuring they are well-stocked and presented according to standards.
  • Conducting basic record-keeping tasks, such as temperature checks and inventory records.
