Customer Services Manager

**Job Summary**
University Information Services (UIS) is seeking an experienced professional to lead our Infrastructure Admin and Telecoms Support function. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and reliable day-to-day running of our administrative support function.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the day-to-day activities of a busy admin support function, ensuring requests for external supplier orders, renewals, deliveries, and disputes are handled promptly and efficiently.
- Form a key link between colleagues in various teams within UIS and the admin support team, understanding the competing demands and enhancing processes to meet the requirements of all stakeholders.
- Plan, implement, and supervise new cross-departmental processes and policies as required.
- Manage procurement, billing, and stock control, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Provide proactive and reactive management, ensuring a consistent, professional, and efficient service is provided to all internal and external customers.
**Requirements**
- Experience in an administrative role, with a proven track record of managing customer liaison and service provision to a large and diverse customer base.
- Proven ability to use Microsoft Office 365, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Experience creating project and financial reports, with a focus on accuracy and clarity.
- Ability to develop and maintain knowledge in your field, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Line management or supervisory experience is desirable, as is a recognized industry standard accreditation/certification, such as ITIL 4.
