Job Title: Assistant Online Trading Manager

Join Salt, a leading partner for personal care brands, as we embark on a DTC transformation journey. We are seeking an experienced Assistant Online Trading Manager to join our Ecommerce Team.

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled professional to oversee eCommerce strategy development, support the DTC manager in executing the Trading Strategy, and conduct competitor analysis. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the eCommerce ecosystem, preferably Shopify, and a strong analytical mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee eCommerce strategy development and support the DTC manager in executing the Trading Strategy.
  • Conduct competitor analysis, highlighting opportunities and threats to the business.
  • Oversee site optimisation through effective merchandising.
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize site performance.
  • Collaborate with wider teams, supply chain, marketing, etc.
  • Help to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
Requirements:
  • Ecommerce experience, preferably Shopify.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and Klaviyo.
  • Strong analytical skillset.
