Job Summary:

The Retail Human Resources plc is seeking a highly skilled Training and Development Manager to join its team. As a key member of the organization, this individual will be responsible for enriching the workplace capabilities of staff members through the introduction of a learning and development program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define the culture of training and work closely with senior players internally to upskill the workforce.
  • Develop and implement training programs for head office staff and general management.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and develop solutions.
  • Measure the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience working within a learning and development environment.
  • Ability to train members of head office staff and general management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid work pattern.

What We Offer:

  • A salary of up to £52,000.
