Key Responsibilities
- Design and Deliver Training Programs
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance organizational capabilities and drive business results.
- Collaborate with Global Teams
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to create and maintain relevant training content and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Partner with Stakeholders
- Build strong relationships with employees, managers, and global stakeholders to identify current and future competency needs.
- Manage the Learning Management System
- Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure course materials are up-to-date, engaging, and effective.
