Pembrook Resourcing is seeking a skilled Parts Manager
The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical knowledge gained in the retail motor industry, as well as previous management experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the parts department runs smoothly and efficiently
- Manage inventory levels and optimize stock control
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
- Implement effective organizational and prioritization skills to meet business objectives
- Collaborate with other managers within the business to drive success
Requirements:
- Strong technical knowledge of the retail motor industry
- Previous management experience in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to take initiative and ownership of issues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
