Job Title: Learning and Development Lead
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Lead to join our team at JGA Recruitment Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to enhance organizational capabilities, collaborating with global teams to create and maintain relevant training content, and partnering with stakeholders to identify current and future competency needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Deliver Training Programs: Develop and implement training programs to enhance organizational capabilities, including leadership development, organizational change management, and technical skills training.
- Collaborate with Global Teams: Work with cross-functional teams to create and maintain relevant training content, including eLearning modules, instructor-led training, and coaching programs.
- Partner with Stakeholders: Partner with senior leaders and subject matter experts to identify current and future competency needs, and develop training programs to address these needs.
- Manage the Learning Management System: Oversee the maintenance and updates of the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring that course materials are up-to-date and easily accessible to employees.
- Build Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees across various levels and global stakeholders, including senior leaders, subject matter experts, and training participants.
- Lead the Design and Management of the Leadership Development Curriculum: Develop and implement a comprehensive leadership development curriculum, including leadership development programs, coaching, and mentoring.
- Track, Report, and Evaluate the Effectiveness of L&D Programs: Develop and implement metrics to track the effectiveness of L&D programs, and provide regular reports to senior leaders on program outcomes and areas for improvement.
- Contribute to Additional People & Culture Projects: Contribute to additional People & Culture projects as needed, including diversity and inclusion initiatives, employee engagement programs, and organizational change management initiatives.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making, including the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform training program design and delivery.
- Proven Experience in Team Leadership: Proven experience in team leadership, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams and develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance.
- Comfortable Working in Fast-Paced Environments: Comfortable working in fast-paced, customer-focused environments, including the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to Work Collaboratively: Ability to work collaboratively and navigate ambiguity, including the ability to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders across various levels and global locations.
- Background in Content Design and Implementation: Background in content design and implementation, including the ability to develop and deliver training programs to enhance organizational capabilities.
- Preferred Experience with eLearning Tools: Preferred experience with eLearning tools, instructional design, and Adobe Creative Suite.
