About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Coffee Training Specialist to join our team at Nestlé SA. As a Coffee Training Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality training and operational priorities for our customers and locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Training and Operational Support
- Support the delivery of training and operational priorities for all new customers and locations.
- Provide comprehensive training and auditing support for our customers, including immersions, operational set-up, logistics, communication, project-management, new site openings, stakeholder liaison, course bookings, and sign-off process.
- Customer Engagement
- Engage with regional contacts, customers, and third parties to support brand and commercial objectives.
- Stakeholder Management
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective performance delivery.
- Process Improvement
- Contribute to the improvement of processes, organisational capability, and training solutions in the UK market.
- Coffee Knowledge Development
- Help develop coffee knowledge and passion for coffee quality across all functions.
- Audit and Compliance
- Maintain an effective audit account ledger in your region.
- Market Knowledge
- Ensure a good level of understanding and knowledge of the market place, the organisation, its products, promotions, and services.
Requirements
- Experience
- Retail leadership experience and training as a Barista Trainer or expertise in Nescafé Beverage Solution.
- Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written).
- Close attention to detail and results-orientated with a proven track record for consistently exceeding business objectives.
- Personal Qualities
- Strong organisational skills, highly motivated, and positive attitude.
- Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
- Experience contributing to cross-functional teams and managing senior stakeholders.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and work autonomously as well as part of a team.
- Experience of delivering consistent performance through others.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Problem-solving and planning skills and able to work under pressure to manage a fluctuating workload.
