Key Responsibilities- Technical Problem Solving: Work on and resolve technical issues reported by both internal and external users, utilizing your expertise in troubleshooting practices and cloud technologies.
- Customer Focus: Maintain accurate case records and prioritize customer satisfaction, ensuring that client expectations are managed effectively.
- Technical Expertise: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our platform, cloud technologies, and troubleshooting practices to tackle complex situations.
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate solutions to complex technical problems effectively, both written and verbally, and work collaboratively with the development teams to advocate for the client and suggest improvements to the platform.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or 1+ years of relevant technical support experience.
- Familiarity with object-oriented programming languages like Java.
- Understanding of web application components.
- Working knowledge of scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, Perl, Unix Shell, Windows Shell).
- Basic understanding of Linux/Unix and relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle).
