We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Insequa Limited. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and nurturing existing relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Meet and Exceed Sales Targets: Consistently achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to the growth of our business.
- Develop Business Acumen: Develop a working knowledge of our company's service offering and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- Lead Generation and Qualification: Ascertain and qualify the quality of new leads and report via our CRM system.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain contact with clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Business Development: Conduct outbound sales activities to drive new business and nurture prospects.
- Competitive Salary: A competitive base salary of £25,000 - £28,000 (OTE £40,000 uncapped) commensurate with experience and performance.
- Benefits Package: 22 days annual leave plus statutory bank holidays, increasing by one day per year to a cap at 25 days. Employees working to and upholding our company values will be given an additional day's leave for their birthday.
- Profit Share: Eligibility for a share of profits once an agreed threshold has been achieved.
