About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manufacturing Technician to join our team at PepsiCo. As a key member of our production team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive performance to meet, maintain, and exceed quality, food safety, cost, service, and safety measures in a designated area.
  • Coordinate and motivate the General Operator team to achieve daily production targets.
  • Provide operational control for all elements of running production equipment, including set-up, maintenance, and cleaning.
  • Monitor, control, and carry out basic fault diagnosis and repairs on equipment and machinery.
  • Take responsibility for good manufacturing practice with excellent hygiene and safety standards within the designated area.
Requirements
  • Validated mechanical and maintenance experience.
  • Demonstrable experience of machine operation, fault-finding, and repair.
  • Logical approach to problem-solving and practical skills on plant equipment.
  • Skills in communicating effectively and mentoring/influencing others.
  • Able to find opportunities for improvement and implement solutions.
